The type of coffee that is widely developed in the Kalosi area is arabica typica which is the rare and oldest coffee in the world, because it can only be cultivated in areas with an altitude of 1,500 meters above sea level.

Processing

Step 1 : selectd only red ripes coffee beans
Step 2 : pulp the coffee beans than let it ferment in one night
Step 3 : pulp the coffee beans than let it ferment in one night
Step 4 : Dry the coffee beans for 3 days 
Step 5 : remove the silver skin from the beans
Step 6 : Dry some more for 3 days
Step 7 : perform humidity after draying process
Step 8 : cupping test !!
Step 9 : the best coffee  beans already to be sold or exported
Step 10 : roasted the beans passed the test
Step 11 : grind the roasted beans
Step 12 : the coffee powder already to be packed
How to Serve

How to Serve

  • Put 12 grams of coffee powder into a cup.
  • Boil water to 90Celsius.
  • Pour the water into the cup and let it forabout 5 minutes.
  • After that, stir and strain your coffee.
  • If you like it sweet, add some sugar.
